UPA public adjusters represent policyholders — never the insurer. The work is close and evidentiary: documenting damage, measuring and pricing a loss, and holding a carrier to what the policy actually says.
It suits people who are organised, persistent, and willing to stand with a family through the worst week of their year. Licensed adjusters and people willing to become licensed are both welcome to apply.
