Become a Chapter President at UPA – Own Your Territory, Help Property Owners, and Build Your Legacy
Are You Ready to Lead the Charge in Insurance Recovery and Disaster Relief?
Unified Public Advocacy (UPA), the nation’s only 501(c)(3) nonprofit public adjusting organization, is opening the door to something powerful: the opportunity to lead your own regional team as a Chapter President. In this groundbreaking role, you’ll be awarded an exclusive geographic territory, have access to a fully built backend system, ongoing lead support, and the ability to make an immense impact—both financially and socially. Helping homeowners, businesses, and nonprofits navigate insurance claims after disaster strikes isn’t just a job. It’s a mission. And now, it can also be your business.
What Is a Chapter President at UPA?
The UPA Chapter President is a top-tier leadership role within our national nonprofit adjusting firm. Chapter Presidents are trusted representatives of UPA who operate within exclusive, protected territories, leading claim recovery efforts, building out regional sales and adjusting teams, and being the face of UPA in their communities. Think of this position as the perfect blend of a business opportunity, a humanitarian role, and a leadership post in one. You’ll own your region—and more importantly, you’ll be the trusted ally for families and businesses in crisis.
Why Choose UPA?
UPA is not your average adjusting firm. As the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the industry, our mission is people before profits—but our model allows you to build serious financial success while making a difference. Here’s what makes UPA different:
Exclusive Territories: You’ll be assigned a protected region where you alone represent UPA’s Chapter President presence.
Full Support & Infrastructure: Our proprietary UPAsign portal, CRM, e-sign capabilities, claim filing tools, marketing assets, and more are all yours from day one.
Real Leads, Real Results: UPA offers direct leads from storm zones, FEMA-designated disasters, and partnerships with churches, contractors, banks, and municipalities.
National Credibility: As a nonprofit backed by state and federal outreach, your clients will trust they’re working with an ethical, mission-driven organization.
Generous Compensation Structure: Keep the majority of commissions from your regional production. Override agents you recruit and earn bonuses based on performance milestones.
Training That Works: Our Chapter Presidents receive in-person onboarding, virtual modules, sales and adjuster education, and even tuition scholarships for their agents.
How It Works
Territory Assignment: Upon onboarding, you’re awarded an exclusive geographic region (e.g., Dallas, Tampa, Baton Rouge, etc.). No other Chapter President will operate in that zone.
Team Development: You’ll begin recruiting and training local agents, adjusters, and team members to support claims in your area. Our Academy for Adjusters training program is provided at no cost to your recruits through scholarships.
Lead Flow & Claims: As a Chapter President, UPA will feed your region with fresh leads, while also enabling you to develop relationships with restoration companies, law firms, and community partners to grow your presence.
Nonprofit Outreach: Work with storm victims, senior citizens, underserved neighborhoods, churches, schools, and nonprofits—helping them reopen, file, and fight denied or underpaid claims.
Earn While You Serve: You’ll be paid on every claim produced in your region, including those worked by your agents. As volume increases, so does your income.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for just anyone. UPA Chapter Presidents are:
Natural Leaders who can recruit and inspire a local team.
Mission-Driven Professionals who care about helping disaster victims.
Entrepreneurs ready to own their region and run it like a business.
Communicators and Connectors who aren’t afraid to meet with homeowners, mayors, church leaders, and contractors.
Resilient and Coachable – we’ll teach you everything we know, but we want someone willing to work hard and lead by example.
You do not need to be a licensed adjuster to begin, but we will walk you through that process, including options to hire adjusters or become licensed yourself.
What Can You Earn?
The income potential is unmatched in the adjusting world.
A single catastrophic claim can generate $8,000–$25,000 in commissions.
A moderately sized regional team can generate six-figures monthly.
As a Chapter President, you can earn override bonuses, advance draws, and even receive equity-based incentives based on regional performance.
This is not MLM, and there’s no ongoing fee or monthly subscription. You’re building a real business with a real nonprofit under your leadership.
What’s the Investment?
To ensure our Chapter Presidents are serious and committed, we do require a one-time investment of $50,000. This covers:
Your exclusive territory assignment
In-person training and territory launch support
Custom web pages and marketing tools
Full CRM, document management, and claim system access
Scholarships to train your agents
Ongoing mentoring and support from the national team
This is not a franchise—you will not pay any royalty or licensing fees. You are building your own legacy under the UPA nonprofit banner.
Disasters Are Increasing. So Is the Need for Help.
With hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires, floods, and other natural disasters on the rise, homeowners and businesses are facing more property damage than ever before. Insurance companies are responding with more denials, delays, and lowball offers. That’s where you come in. UPA Chapter Presidents are first responders in the financial fight—giving families and businesses the power to stand up to their insurance companies and recover what they truly deserve.
Claim Your Territory Before It’s Gone
UPA is only launching a limited number of Chapter Presidents this year. Once a territory is awarded, it is permanently closed to others. If you’ve ever wanted to own a business that helps people, build wealth while doing good, and take control of your financial future—this is your moment.
