Every year in December Unified Public Advocacy (UPA) awards the use of our Customer service symbol. This symbol demonstrates your company values customer service as a top priority. To be able to display this symbol demonstrates to your clients your intent is their satisfaction. We have an accreditation process that includes both merit and a commitment to excellence in previous years. UPA takes a number of proprietary factors into consideration in awarding this symbol but stresses the embodiment of honor and integrity.
